She loves this game. Loves it. To me, it's excruciating. It's completely a game of chance. There is absolutely no strategy, no risk, no thought. You can't partner with another player to take down a third player. You can't speculate what your opponent might be holding, or take a calculated risk based on current score.

You roll the die. Six gets you a leg. That's pretty much all there is to it.

She loves it, though, and so we play.

And I was so glad when we outgrew Candy Land.

Sigh.
