Just your average Sunday night, signing our names a frillion times for our new home's mortgage. I meet with our lender tomorrow. This is a new lender, highly recommended by several people we know and trust. Because there is NO WAY IN HELL we are going with the asshat who handled our construction loan. After the loan converts, we're also switching banks. Any recommendations on good, preferably national, banks are welcome.
