I'm hating working these nights. Feel like I don't get to see my kid enough.

On a positive note, I was treated to this incredible Italian dessert today: zabaglione! Don't ask me to say it...but I'll sure eat it. Heavenly. Has egg yolks beaten to death, a boatload of powdered sugar, some Marsala wine, and lemon zest. Whip it up good and pour over vanilla ice cream. Amazing.
